Shipping and Delivery
Printing Local – Shipping Global
Please read our shipping and delivery information carefully as it forms part of our terms and conditions of sale.
To ensure our customers receive their Linescape Art prints as quickly as possible, we use production facilities in the USA, UK and mainland Europe. We also have access to more than 50 manufacturing partners in over 10 countries worldwide. This means that whenever possible we will print local to you so as to avoid cross border tax and customs duties that may otherwise be levied on your purchase.
All orders are sent to production on the same working day as they are received. For this reason, it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend or cancel your order. We are sorry, but once an order has been sent to production, it can no longer be cancelled or amended.
Worldwide Destinations
We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, and the Rest of the World, with a few operational exceptions. If you are trying to place an order and your destination country is not available at the checkout, we are sorry but we will be unable to ship you your address in this case.
We charge a set shipping and delivery charge depending on your location:
- United Kingdom and Europe – €5.99
- North America / Canada – €10.99
- Rest of the World – €15.99
Orders are typically shipped within 2 working day of receipt of you order and will usually arrive at their destination 5-10 business days after shipping.
Customs Duties
Our Linescape Art Prints process has been prepared so they are printed locally to you. This eliminates cross border customs duties being levied wherever possible. On some occasions however, it may not be possible to print locally due to paper stock issues. When this is likely to occur, we will inform you first, before production, that your order may become subject to an import customs tax when delivered to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs charges in your country and cannot be held responsible for any such charges that a shipping company may levy.
Customer Returns
Prints may be returned for whatever reason within 3 days of receipt. Please inform us if you wish to return your print(s) ASAP to avoid any issues. The prints will only be accepted for restocking if they are received undamaged and in their original packaging. The prints must be returned at your expense, via your chosen courier/postal service. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Whilst every effort will be made by Linescape Photography to ensure that the correct quantity and quality of prints are delivered within a timely manner to the buyer, Linescape Photography shall not be liable for any damages caused by the such omissions or delays due to manufacturing, shipping or customs processes.
Refunds for returned Linescape prints will be processed on the same working day that the print is received back to us, using the information we will have provided.
Damaged Goods
Please check your prints upon receipt. To instigate a claim for damaged prints please inform us immediately on receipt via email.
Any damaged prints must be returned to us for inspection. Replacement prints/refunds will be issued on the day we receive back the returned prints.

We cannot accept liability for damages if prints have been altered, badly re-packaged by you or fitted to frames in any way.
